If your funeral service provider was not a Legacy Touch Partner, but you have your Loved One's fingerprints, we would be happy to assist you in creating a PIN.  If you have a paper copy of the prints, you will first need to scan it to produce a high quality digital image of the prints.  If you don't have a digital scanner, many office supplies stores, copy stores and public libraries can assist you with this process.  Once you have a digital version of the fingerprints, please contact us Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm via phone (toll free: 855-802-6800) or online chat and one of our Client Services Coordinators will assist you.

If you don't have a PIN and you don't have fingerprints, there are a few places you can check.  Check with your funeral service provider - sometimes they take fingerprints as part of their normal process.  If your Loved One was in the military, your local VA office may be able to help you.  Also, some employers require fingerprinting so you can check with past employers and/or the local police station to see if they have records on file.
